How it works
It models the soil moisture, the last day's rain, the dry window before the next rain, the heat, and the wind — and reads how fast the lawn's drying after a soak.
Everything is modeled near you, not measured in your yard, so inspect shady low corners. Morning dew is not measured either — check the grass before mowing.
