Help with Knowday Weather.

Knowday reads a weather forecast for your area and turns it into a plain decision — Good, Caution, or Skip (or Water / Wait / Check first for the lawn). The reads are modeled near you, not measured in your yard. There's no sensor at your house; it's the forecast, interpreted for the thing you actually want to do. When the data is thin, Knowday tells you to check first instead of pretending to be sure.

A lens is a thing you care about — a walk, a run, the beach, the grill, watering the lawn. Knowday reads the forecast through that lens and gives it its own verdict and best time window. You add the lenses that matter to you; there's no setup required to get started.

Yes. Knowday is free to use.

No. There's no sign-up and no login. You just open it and get your read.

Knowday sends Open-Meteo a coordinate rounded to a 0.01° area grid over HTTPS. Apple location and Maps services may process your device coordinate or city/ZIP search to supply a location and broad label. Saved places and preferences use local storage; widget data uses Knowday's App Group. Events older than 15 days are pruned on the next app/widget store access; deleting a saved place removes its events immediately. This build has no iCloud or CloudKit sync and no analytics or tracking SDK. See our Privacy Policy for the full inventory and retention rules.

On purpose. Knowday is built to answer "what's today good for?" calmly, not to be a dashboard. It isn't a safety tool — it won't call lightning, marine/small-craft safety, or pollen. For severe-weather safety, rely on official sources.
